All painting prices posted are for artwork without mats or frames. Email me first to make sure the painting is still available. My website is usually current, however, someone may have just made a purchase. I will put the painting on reserve for you until payment has been cleared.

Purchasing my paintings or prints can be easily completed in one of several ways: Check, money order, or by credit cards through Paypal with the address of wcdesigns@bellsouth.net. Kentucky residents, please add 6% Ky Sales Tax.
Shipping and Handling
Usually, paintings are shipped within 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. I carefully package all of my paintings/prints to help ensure no damage is done during shipping. However, as we know, with all shipping companies, damage can occur, and in this case, full refunds or comparable replacements are available, whichever the customer chooses. Please file a complaint with the shipping company, email me regarding the damage, and return the damaged painting in its original packaging (or like packaging if it is unusable).Domestic Shipping:
Both Standard (5-7 Days) and Priority (2-3 Days) shipping are available for domestic shipping locations. Paypal buttons are automatically setup to calculate shipping costs during the payment process. For checks and money orders, please email me for the shipping cost.International Shipping:

Commissioned Paintings
I am accepting requests for commissioned artwork. If you have a digital photo you would like me to use as reference material, please email me a good quality .jpg file of the photo. If you have a photograph, mail it to me and I will scan it into a .jpg file and return the photo to you. If you live in the Greater Louisville area, I am available to come to your home to take photos of an individual, pet, home, boat, etc. for reference material for a commissioned painting.
Once we have an artistically acceptable reference photograph and it meets your wishes, I will give you a quoted price for a completed work in the size you desire. As a general rule, commissioned paintings are three times the cost of a standard painting, plus each additional figure or entity added to the painting incurs additional cost.
As always, your satisfaction with the painting is my utmost concern. I am usually my strongest critic, but if once the painting is completed and you are not satisfied, you are under no obligation to purchase the painting.

Return Policy
Return policy: All returns are accepted with full refunds, less shipping charges, if any. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in exact condition as received and in original packaging. A note regarding my paintings and prints
All of my paintings are completed on professional grade, top-of-the-line papers, usually 140lb Arches-- produced in France, this company has been producing artist paper since da Vinci's time. My paints are also high-grade, professional artist quality paints with high permanency ratings (same as oils and acrylics); Brands are usually a combination of Winsor & Newton, Holbein, and Daniel Smith products. Prints are usually produced as giclee prints on Somerset Velvet paper, a high quality watercolor paper. Inks used in giclee prints are known to last 100 years or more, so you can be reassured of a quality product lasting many years. Most of my paintings are available as prints, and can come in various sizes. Please email me regarding any of my paintings and note the size that you would prefer. I will check with my publisher to see if the size you desire would be possible and its current price. Unless I have a print in stock, it may take a couple of weeks to get the print.
